Learning design standards
Independence and disclosure
Accredited MedEQ activities identify relevant financial relationships, mitigate conflicts, distinguish education from promotion, disclose commercial support when applicable, and present required faculty, planner, and provider information before participation.
Recognized credit
An eligible activity clearly identifies the accredited provider, credit designation, intended audience, participation and completion requirements, activity dates, disclosures, and instructions for claiming credit. If those details are not displayed for a specific activity, it does not award recognized credit.
Learner records during MVP
MedEQ may retain practice activity and completion data to support account and reporting features. Practice records completed outside an eligible accredited activity do not convert automatically into recognized credit.
